One brand, across every physical touchpoint

Keep a campaign recognisable when it moves from artwork to signs, displays, gifts and event spaces.

A campaign can look consistent on screen and still feel disconnected in the real world. Printed material, signage, packaging and event displays use different surfaces and production methods. A shared set of brand decisions helps each application belong to the same identity.

Create a usable asset pack

Collect the current logo files, colour references, fonts, approved copy and image permissions. Clearly identify which assets are final and who can approve changes. Avoid asking production teams to recreate a logo from a low-resolution picture.

Include guidance for different backgrounds and minimum legibility. If there are co-branding requirements or partner logos, define the order and relationship before layouts are prepared.

Adapt the layout, not the idea

A billboard, gift box and stage backdrop cannot use an identical composition effectively. Keep the central message and identity consistent while adjusting the amount of text, proportions and hierarchy for each format.

Check each application at its real dimensions. A compact layout may work on stationery but leave the brand unreadable on a large display viewed from a distance.

Approve real production references

Colour appearance varies across materials, inks, lighting and screens. Ask for appropriate proofs or samples, and agree which reference governs production. A screen preview alone cannot guarantee a material finish.

Confirm the dimensions, finishing, artwork version and responsibility for corrections. For regional work, share one controlled approval pack so different teams do not produce from different files.

Keep a record of the final work

Archive approved artwork and specifications after production. Photographs of the installed applications can help identify inconsistencies and guide later replacements.

When a campaign changes, update all affected formats together. A simple version register is often enough to prevent an old message or outdated contact detail from appearing on a new display.

The takeaway

Consistency comes from shared assets, format-aware layouts and clear production approvals, not from copying one design onto every surface.

Let's talk about your brief.
